What makes Sarah think we only spend 53 minutes a day looking at porn?
Ooops, I missed the “horse” in “horse porn” when I first reat that. Yeah, we only devote 53 minutes a day to horse porn. That’s true.

I first heard his name a few years ago when a friend was involved in producing a documentary about the Greensboro Sit-In. He was very gracious and helped her out alot. Long on age and first hand experience and still sharp and insightful. Then the local NPR affiliate had him on a few times and I actually became a fan of a guy who knew history and stuff and was not a rock star or an alcoholic author for a change.
I have a neighbor who is 92 and remembers FDR pretty well. He had an Obama sign in his yard before anyone else on the street did!
Depends on how hung the dude was. Could be in for a Charlie Rose/horse porn twofer.

Unfortunately, during deep meditation on death and historians, my eye was caught by the Cyclone Dairy ad in the left sidebar, and my mind was violently yanked from lofty heights into wondering if cloning cows gave homogenized milk. Oooh, shiny.

[re=273886]bitchincamaro[/re]: Word. John Hope Franklin. This guy was the real deal. Getting a Harvard PhD and trying to do research, about the south, when you’re Black, also. This guy worked harder in a day that I will work my entire life. Now I gotta go read everything he wrote.
I had never before heard of “horse porn,” and I really REALLY don’t want to Google it.
But, for John Hope Franklin, I am glad that he lived long enough to see our Hopey elected.
