Poor Michael Steele. We hardly knew ye. Well, we probably knew you better than most, but… well. Sucks to be you, I guess.

Tedisco inferno, burn the mother down.

[re=299316]AnnieGetYourFun[/re]: Drudge headline: “New Black Political Leader a Historic Failure, Widely Reviled!” The part identifying Steele will be buried in the tenth paragraph.

Coleman will be filing an appeal on his behalf, anyway.

Texan Bulldoggette April 24, 2009 at 4:51 pm

What is Tedesco thinking? Murphy is only ahead by around 400 votes; that’s about the same # that has had Franken & Coleman in a 5.5 month death match. What’s up, RNC, no love & support for Jim?

I think the last time that I was this excited was when I was using my Toof Fairy money to buy a Missile Command cartridge for “The Atari”

The losers are packing up their one tooth and moving north to Canada.

[re=299335]shortsshortsshorts[/re]: Um excuse me. It is very important that the process is adjudicated fairly and seen to its rightful conclusion. Norm Coleman owes this not only to Minnesota, but NY Congressional District 20, and America.

chascates April 24, 2009 at 5:01 pm

At least Tedisco finally had the class to give it up. A year from now Norm Coleman will still be whining about his election.

Coleman and Blago should share a reality show.

O.K., Mr. Murphy, you won and I’m happy for you. Now do something funny.

Jukesgrrl April 24, 2009 at 5:09 pm

And Murphy’s Irish, so Pat Buchanan won’t be able to insult his heritage. Extra win.

—- Republicans in the Assembly have selected a businessman from the Finger Lakes area as their new leader.

Assemblyman Brian Kolb (R-Canandaigua) replaces James Tedisco (R-Glenville), who resigned from the leadership position on April 3. Tedisco said he did so to focus on what he called his “transition to Congress.” —

What does this “concede” mean?

Bruno April 24, 2009 at 7:00 pm

unless this is certified by clarence thomas, this is an invalid decision. Plus, where is his birth certificate?

engulfedinflames April 24, 2009 at 8:39 pm

[re=299492]Biden Time[/re]: “CONCEDE” is that thing that ms. mccain cannot do so she won’t be squirtin’ out any little mccains. i’m not real sure about this but i think it has something to do with an inability to achieve sufficient distance between thighs.

HA HA HA YOU FAIL IT

Soooo, let’s see. Tabasco was, what, 10-15 points ahead when the election was called, and he was so confident of victory that he resigned his Senate leadership post.

Then in came the wingnut special interest groups and torpedoed Tamponesco’s lead into a handful of crater dust.

Yeah, bring that message to urban-suburban hip-hop settings, Mikey!
