He's not drunk. He's looks like a guy how absolutely knows where his next piece of pussy is coming from. Greatest president since FDR. "Nothing to fear but fear itself," and Bill took on the world without the fear because he knew he was going to get at lot: Hill, Monica, who knows who else.
