South Dakota State Senator Bill Napoli has given the issue of conception via rape a lot of thought. So much thought, in fact, that the police should consider warning his neighbors:

There are all kinds of dependent clauses there that would create quite an interesting legal precedent. Like if you are a virgin, but not religious, you can't have the abortion. If you are raped but not brutalized (if even if you are sodomized) you still can't have that abortion. And heaven forbid that the sodomy wasn't as "bad as you possibly can make it" (is that a value judgement? like he came to early? or he lost his erection? he kept screaming out the name of his ex? no lube?) well then you can't have that abortion either.
