Hey now, that second page has WAY too many words for W. He's going to need an executive summary. Something in that "crisp, compelling style that the president prefers".
The Lincoln Memorial is being renovated by General Dynamics so that it's, you know, even Lincoln-y-er. And all at the low low price of $1.5 billion.
