Dems need to worry about winning back congress. If we win big, then maybe we can talk impeachment. He deserves it, to be sure... but there just aren't the votes and we need a midterm electoral mandate to justify an impeachment procedure.

You can't impeach someone unless they have sex. I believe it says so in the Constitution somewhere. I don't think anyone is accusing Bush of that.
