The highway. Ugh. By the time it's built, nobody will be able to afford gas. And it isn't like we don't already HAVE a highway running from Mexico to Oklahoma. Noooo...
It's for trucking, anyway, I think it would probably be much more effective to build a few rail lines, but as usual they didn't ask me.
