The Washington Times Needs a Hug
Those journalistic darlings at the Washington Times have taken a full measure of the past year and have depicted themselves as one of those sad-eyed Margaret Keane children pawing at the window, looking for the warm embrace of a surrogate mommy.
If we could, we’d prescribe the Times the same Zoloft and Grey Goose martini we start our weekends with. But, fortunately for them, they’ve zeroed in on the one sure thing in this sad and crazy world:
And, finally, on a local level, let’s not forget to celebrate the arrival of the baby panda, a creature of record-setting cuteness.
It’s like an anti-depressant you can cuddle with.
