During his remarks at the Department of Homeland Security's one-year anniversary, President Bush told workers that they'd "passed every test" and that "you get a gold star for a job well done."
And it's true. No one has hijacked any jetliners and flown them into buildings in the last year. Good job! But Bush warned that if anyone blows up the Sears Tower, he will give out frowny faces: "Needs improvement."
