Did you miss President Bush's speech on the economy just now? The Wonkette intern managed to get down a truncated version:
"I believe in you, whether you have a job or not. You should love your neighbor, especially when they can't afford their rent checks. As long as they don't harbor terrorists, you should love them.""I will state the obvious and wait for applause. Watch this: I will protect America."
"This too. Prepare to clap: If someone tells me a terrorist is going to terrorize, I will put the full strength of the government on it. Like white on rice. Like white in my administration."
