So apparently female interrogators used "sexual tactics" to try to break Muslim prisoners at Guantanamo: "sexual touching, wearing a miniskirt and thong underwear and in one case smearing a Saudi man's face with fake menstrual blood."
Now, we know the power of the thong -- and fake menstrual blood has its place in any bedroom, but we quibble with the idea that these tactics were really "sexual." They're more like, hmmm, let's see. . . humiliating? How about just "not helpful"? Maybe, "the reason most people decline to join Skull and Bones to begin with"?
