Newsweek interviews psychiatrist Jed Diamond, who has refined the traditional definition of male menopause--or hell, just plain maleness--into something called "irritable male syndrome." Newsweek explains that the term "was coined by a Scottish researcher who found that rams became irritable, withdrawn and irrational when their testosterone levels plummeted."
The rams perked right up, though, when they started making plans to unseat ram tyrants in unstable geopolitical spheres and install new model ram democracies just like theirs. -- HOLLY MARTINS
