NYT Asks Writers to Be Prepared
The New York Times has good news and bad news for its reporters covering the Democratic National Convention. The bad news? Credentials aren't ready. The good news? Escape hoods are not mandatory. Okay, that's maybe a silver-lining thing:
During the meeting on Monday XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX will give a refresher course on using your escape hoods. Hoods are not mandatory but if you would feel safer with one please bring yours along. If you do not have one, please send either John or I an e-mail to let us know.Asks our correspondent, "I wonder if my outfits will match my escape hood."
Memo after the jump.
