The Washington Oculus directs our attention to last week's always depressing-yet-strangely-fascinating Washington Post Animal Watch column, wherein a scratch from a kitten leads to the discovery of "a colony of wild cats" in D.C.'s most annoying neighborhood.
We are surprised, as the Oculus is, that Georgetown's matrons let the kitten situation deteriorate like this, especially when the training program to have cats eat the homeless was going so well. . .
