In its morning editorial, the Washington Times gets hot and heavy over FLOTUS Candidate Teresa Heinz Kerry's recent remarks about what a Pennsylvania newspaperman could do to himself:
Mrs. Heinz Kerry's charge smacks of McCarthyism. Her denial smacks of mendacity. She said "un-American," she said "I didn't say it" and then she said "shove it."
Of course, if you heard what she had to say about Ted Kennedy's marriage, then you'd realize her understanding of American politics is probably more un-American than whatever traits she sees sneaking into American politics.
