We can't quite figure out what to make of "sorryeverybody.com," wherein random Americans apologize for the election of George W. Bush. On aesthetic grounds, well, some of these people are clearly new to the business end of a webcam. Also, there are far too many pets doing the apologizing, and they can only vote in Chicago. Come to think of it, why is anyone who voted for Kerry doing any kind of apologizing at all? Somehow we can't see any NASCAR fans writing mea culpas to Tony Blair had the election gone the other way. And there certainly would be fewer talking animals. Except if you count NRA members. Anyhow, for all the cheap sentiment, there are a few people who seem to have the right idea:
