The Congressional Black Caucus Institute has postponed its scheduled Nov. 4 black voter forum for Republican presidential candidates, according to HuffPo. A CBCI spokeperson noted that “Republican candidates have cited scheduling conflicts in resisting new proposed dates.” This is the second time major GOP candidates have skipped out on black folk — Romney, Giuliani, McCain and Thompson all passed on a Tavis Smiley-hosted forum in September.
