It was a cheek-kiss, not a mouth-kiss! At least that's what photographer Jay L. Clendenin claims, as reported by FishbowlDC:
The image used on the Drudge Report (referring to the new book about Senator Clinton) is a dramatic crop of a photo I took it at a John Kerry for President rally on Oct. 25th, 2004. The "moment" in question, was the SPLIT-second, no more than 1/2 second right AFTER she kissed him on the CHEEK.
Drudge, on the other hand, is still claiming that "The book presents a photo of the former president 'mouth-kissing' an unidentfied woman." Ultimately, of course, it all depends on what the meaning of the word "mouth-kiss" is. After all, Clinton did use his mouth to kiss the woman's cheek...
