The China Daily is reporting that Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi "has been arrested." Goddamn that insidious passive voice: Unclear by whom, it's according to "Kurdish sources" and a newspaper in the United Arab Emirates. Does it count as an October surprise if it's January?
