Hmmmm, whom shall we believe in the ongoing saga ofmob boss Lynne Cheney telling old GOP man Alan Simpson to "shut his mouth"? Alan Simpson, who confirms his daughter-in-law's story that Lynne Cheney told him to shut his mouth? Or Lynne Cheney, novelist, "conservative scholar," wife of Dick and mother of Liz? Man, that's a tough one.

To recap, even though we kind of already did, Alan Simpson's daughter-in-law put on her MyFace page that Lynne Cheney had told Alan Simpson to shut his mouth. Lynne Cheney? Ahem:

"We have been friends for over 40 years. As to the story posted on Facebook, I have to admit I am at a bit of a loss. That simply did not happen."

So that was Tuesday.

But now Alan Simpson is like "yup, bitch told me to shut up, by cracky and whatnot."

When will Alan Simpson apologize for making Lynne Cheney make up lies to cover her lies? How about never? Is never good for you?
