Gay Marriage Passes in New York Tomorrow. Or Not

We've been reminded that New York's State Court of Appeals will be reviewing the case for allowing hairdressers to marry each other tomorrow. And while that may seem like a sure thing, there are doubts, because the case is a quagmire composed of a fabulous melange of four separate lawsuits, any of which may torpedo the whole thing.

And it occurs to us, too, that some of you may not be near a television or radio when the case is decided, so as a service to our NY pals, we present the following indicators: if you see Anderson Cooper or Rosie O'Donnell walking down the sidewalk with an exta zing in their step, it passed; Ann Coulter or Sean Hannity? It didn't.
