There might be people out there who are so imagination deprevived that they can't come up with their own New Year's Resolutions, and if that is the case, we can't think of a better place to turn than the U.S. government. We're not sure why anyone would resolve to "Drink Less Alcohol," but we love the advice you get from the NIH! Especially nice is a print-out-able "drinking diary":
