He doesn't object to what's in the bill, he objects that the GOP doesn't support the bill, but that is the GOP's FAULT, not anyone else. If he's truly all about bipartisanship he woul be convincing (R)s to vote on (D) bills, but that hasn't happened and it won't happen. Manchin is in almost every respect an (R) and he should be treated as such.
