UPDATE: Thanks to all of those who wrote in with the information that Laura is flashing the above sign in honor of the University of Texas win in the Rose Bowl. We actually knew that, having gone to UT for a semester and what with Dad Wonkette having taught there for several years. More embarrassing: We didn't realize it was a symbol for the "longhorns"! We thought it was a way to summon The Dark Lord's efficient minions. The only reason we went to Texas was for the devil worship! Better tell dad to let those virgins out of the basement...
