Mexican President Sneaks Across Border, Vetoes Stem Cell Bill for Sub-Minimum Wages

Presidente Vincente Fox was summarily deported back to Mexico, where he will be forced to serve the remainder of his term. Defenders say Fox was merely acting as chief executive of a country Americans didn't want to govern.
