Nick Farr Spotted Yelling at Paultards
This week, Nick Farr, Norm Coleman, and Thomas DeFranck were all spotted being various degrees of famous at various places by our spies and operatives. Voyeuristic fun, as always, is after the jump.
See someone we've heard of somewhere in or near the district? Tell us about it in an email, with the subject line "Wonk'd" or "Sighting."
* Spotted Gen. Nick Farr getting off the elevator at the Woodley Park station on 12/4. It's unclear if he's bringing his War on Paultards to the quiet streets of Upper Northwest D.C. It would, however, be nice if he'd bring about a War on Zoo Tourists sometime this spring.
* Spotted Senator Norm Coleman last night (12/11) giddly walking down the Penn. Ave. strip with all the bars between 2nd and 3rd streets. His middle-aged aide had a hard time keeping up. He looked extremely excited to be out and kept looking into bars and passed on the Pourhouse. I wonder where he eventually ended up...he looked ready to party.
* Lunchtime, got on the westbound (to Georgetown) Circulator bus at 19th and K with Thomas DeFrank of NY Daily News, punditocracy and authorial fame. I read his press badge, that's how I knew. Not for nothing, but he looks like the now-elderly love child of Bill Bennett and Michael Moore.
