Everyone's favorite North Carolina nutcase is back with a new ad accusing Congressman Brad Miller of being a pervert who wastes millions of taxpayer dollars just to watch old men masturbate, probe teenaged girls' vaginas and study Vietnamese hookers in San Francisco. We'll try to explain, after the jump.

The perversions listed in the commercial are apparently the kinkiest-sounding National Institutes of Health research projects that 13th District hopeful Vernon Robinson could find. And Miller was apparently a congressman while this federally-funded deviant smut endangered a wounded nation.

In previous ads by the self-proclaimed "black Jesse Helms," Miller is portrayed as a dangerous Mexican-loving homosexual.

Miller actually had to publicly explain that his wife's hysterectomy was the reason the couple hadn't had the children that would've apparently satisfied Robinson's heterosexuality requirements.

It would be fun to dismiss Vernon Robinson as some local crackpot in no danger of taking office, but he's actually a well-funded veteran of the Bush 41 administration and the author of North Carolina's charter school legislation.

Robinsonn has the endorsement of two N.C. representatives and the county GOP leaders, as well as another four congressmen ... including Darrell Issa!
