Your point is valid if nothing else happens between now and Election Day.
However, there will be 6 or 7 House investigations ongoing in the run up to Nov 3, 2020. Led by Democrats with subpoena power. Think Benghazi on steroids turned on Trump & his Crime Syndicate.
Benghazi turned out to be a nothing “berder” yet provided the fuel to dampen Hillary enthusiasm and voter turnout giving Trump the presidency while losing the popular vote by nearly 3 mil.
Expect Mueller revelations, SDNY indictments of Trump Org crimes plus a steady onslaught of Dem House panel findings driving up Trump’s disapproval ratings, both in sheer number and intensity.
And yes, Dems do need to stay united behind the eventual nominee knowing Trump and his Russian actors will continue to sow discord and support anyone and anything that will alienate voters against the Dem candidate.
Haven't you heard, Dems in NY and VA wanna kill all the babbies with abortions up until birth. SMDH! Pro forced birth jackwagons making a bad situation worse during a very difficult time, when they should all butt out of something that's none of their fucking business!
I was lucky enough to see the park (for the first time no less) last October. Thought I was gonna lose some toes, given how cold it was that night. Still, reading about the vandalism makes me angry, and sad, and super stabby!
And I'd like to offer myself as your VP. My qualifications include (but are most certainly not limited to): extensive quasi-legal fundraising abilities (I have connections to deep pockets in the Duchy of Grand Fenwick) a nasty temper --but only when provoked and a barely concealable desire to take over should something ever happen to you. Please consider my candidacy!
"You would have to be insensitive not to be touched by how he has stayed [in Washington] working. I think people will have tears in their eyes because they're so grateful that he's come back to his home away from home."
Totally indistinguishable from a DPRK press release fawning over their dear leader.
I can see that. No problem here for that prognosis!

There was a comic of South Korean descent (Henry Cho?) who grew up in Tennessee and spoke like a good ol' boy. The zookeeper reminded me of him.
