Cool piece on DK about a dog abandoned at a Train station in Siberia. Would follow gray cars, maybe owner had one. For 6 months wouldn’t approach people who left food and water for him. Finally a lady and her St Bernard convinced him to come with and now has a new home
It's only logical. If we hire out our defense to mercenaries, we don't have to pay to fix/assist damaged human soldiers. Of course, when we can replace all of our soldiers, sailors and airmen with AI applications we'll be really racking in the profits. We'll need just enough service members to clean and repair the guns, ships and aircraft. And one of the remaining methods of the poor to get a job/money for college/the fuck out of Appalachia will be a thing of the past because it will be a buyer's market for the pitifully few actual people who will be needed in uniform.
The only reason I gave them a real e-mail was in case the next step was "go click on the confirmation link we sent to view your article". I mean, I haven't used the e-mail in forever, but I still have access to it, just for things like this.
Beautiful! Thank you.
Where’s the profit in that? Trump’s VA pick

Can I get a gift receipt?
My family gave each other old books for Christmas
I’m hoping he’ll have to recruit in the prison yard, personally
You looked in the back of the book!
To paraphrase Machiavelli, mercenaries will ruin you. They are either incompetent and lose or good and take over.
Please do. Tell them it's unfixable.
And every aged cat whose owner died/moved into assisted living to find a home!
I plan to return it the day after Christmas.
We don't really fix/assist damaged human soldiers right now. See: VA.
