There's really no mechanism for this besides filing a false police report, and that goes beyond a call. Little old ladies call 911 every night for a possible prowler in the backyard. There's nobody there, but she's afraid and alone and wants a protector to make her feel safe. Shoud we fine her? I agree that the BBQ Becky's and employees should be sued for harrassment, that's the better solution but requires individual civil action, not the gov.

Again, we heard/read what they said. I am not playing what I heard on TV but what people said when feeling uncomfortable around people whose people likely were here before their people. Clearly, YMMV.
