The second one was the appointment of Lewis DeJoy to be the head of the commission that runs the Postal Service. DeJoy had, and still has, a major personal financial interest in destroying the Postal Service. DeJoy can only be removed by a vote of the other members of the Postal Service's board of governors.
The US Postal Service is actually in our Constitution, and its first Postmaster General was Benjamin Franklin. It is the only lawful way to deliver many of the critical documents in our society. The Congress-people who have led the charge to destroy it should be ashamed of themselves, if not banned from public service for malfeasance. And, sadly; they include a lot of people very popular right now.
