Funny story, I've been away from Wonkette for so long, for REASONS, I was just moments ago forwarded your appalling Juanita Broaderick fiasco before clicking here to see if you still had anything to do with Wonkette. Imagine my feeling of vindication.
Sometimes you forgive somebody because it's healthier for you. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but she never actually uses the word "forgive"; instead she talks about "letting go" repeatedly, which suggests to me she thinks of this as something she is putting aside for her own well-being, not (just?) for the sake of the group. As the motivational poster goes, "holding a grudge is like drinking poison in the hopes the other person gets sick".
That's not to say Tambor should be let off the hook, nor that Bateman et al don't deserve the dragging they're getting for making excuses for his bullshit. Just that Walter's under no obligation to sacrifice her own peace of mind in order to play the Avenging Angel here.
I used to work in an office where "woman" was an insult directed between the men. Also nude tits & bums calendars were acceptable cubicle decorations.
Evenin', y;all...just passing thru, and am shocked, SHOCKED to see that Wonketariat is all exorcised about workplace angst on a sitcom set. Oh, well...guess y'all just needed a break. At least fretful actors can't start a nuclear war or erode the underpinnings of our democracy, so there's that...sorry for interrupting - STAY AMPED & CARRY ON!
FWIW, I now read the original interview and understand the frustration with better. However, I do believe that it's entirely possible for the AD cast to work out their problems in a way that we can be happy with all of them going forward.
I have no use for tee vee. My partner inflicted this show on me and I thought it was just one more piece of lame crap not worth wasting my time on. It doesn't surprise me in the least that most actors are fucking assholes off camera. They tend to develop egos larger than their talent. Cosby has to be the worst example of them all. Mmmm, let me shove a roofie laced jello pudding pop up your cunt.

Preach. The tortured artist trope, the "I'm sensitive, so I can run roughshod over your feelings", treatment.Kudos to you, for not being that guy.

"On camera" was emphasized as being part of the reason why what Bateman did was so bad, so I assumed it was an accurate statement.
I'm with you. It's an extra-bummer seeing it here.

Don't make this personal.

Never saw the show. Never shall.
No, you're not, you are younger than I and that would make me...
I understand t he situation differently after reading the entire interview.

I'll tell you about my mother...
You mean like Timothy Hutton, Donald Sutherland and Mary Tyler Moore?
