If the prosecutor wanted to dismiss the charges he could have simply declined to prosecute. Said that in the opinion of the DA the charges were not supported by fact.

This was the *judge* ruling on a motion that called into question the actions of the Grand Jury. They were empaneled to bring charges against Planned Parenthood. In returning a bill against the CMP loons, they made an error. A technical error. Which was caught.

You need to realize that not everything is driving by bigotry and hatred. Even in Texas. Mistakes get made in the legal system and it is the duty of the court to correct them.
