This is a shameful decision on the part of the Second Circuit. There are real-life examples of how the government getting all up in our business has actually saved lives. The most recent example being that fellow they already knew was expressing a willingness to act all terroristy -- on behalf of Rep. Keith Ellison -- and they were able to stop him immediately after shooting a security guard in the ankle and spraying a bunch of other rounds, um, around. BUT NOONE DIED! Ipsofactodeligodelicto Lives Saved! And all thanks to them reviewing the stupid emails Aunt Mary sends me.
