You've probably forgotten by now that time some terrorists damn near destroyed America with boxcutters, and we had to rewrite the Constitution to save the Constitution, so the terrorists would not win. So Congress passed a law that says the government can do pretty much whatever it wants, to protect America. They called it the USA Patriot Act, because of how it is

This is a shameful decision on the part of the Second Circuit. There are real-life examples of how the government getting all up in our business has actually saved lives. The most recent example being that fellow they already knew was expressing a willingness to act all terroristy -- on behalf of Rep. Keith Ellison -- and they were able to stop him immediately after shooting a security guard in the ankle and spraying a bunch of other rounds, um, around. BUT NOONE DIED! Ipsofactodeligodelicto Lives Saved! And all thanks to them reviewing the stupid emails Aunt Mary sends me.
It took ninety seven pages to say "cut it out".
That's a relief! Uh, where does one sign up to do these sexts? Asking for a friend.
