A big win for voter ID! The court ruled that voter ID is not a poll tax enacted with discriminatory intent. The most that can happen is that the district court will oversee programs to make free voter ID's even more accessible than they already are. And there is a chance that the Supreme Court will strike down part of the voting rights act as unconstitutional, which would be a big win for Texas. Some spanking!
I am thinking that, to resolve the problem, we could just establish an airlift to Austin, just like to Berlin during the early days of the Cold War...the rest of the state can just leave.
