EVERYBODY ELSE: There were about two dozen commenters stuck in spam or moderation folders -- it is hard to tell, exactly. Not sure why this happens but our guess is it's because another site where you use this IntenseDebate commenter login has marked you as spam or blacklisted you for other reasons.
