He stayed out of politics after that, which was probably wise.
And Milo is still defending the thing about thirteen year olds, and hasn't denied that he said he saw younger kids passed around at parties and said nothing

They actually did show an execution on TV in Guatemala several years back. A few months later, Guatemala abolished the death penalty.
