After a whole hour of research, we couldn't come up with any evidence of Conrad Burns' day-shift terrorist taxi drivers who "kill at night." So, he's still officially out of his mind and probably dangerous.

But we did find evidence of a taxi driver who has done more in the "hunt for Bin Laden" than any politician in the United States.

Leonel Arias, 47, told police he was playing a practical joke by donning the bin Laden mask, toting his pellet rifle and jumping out to scare drivers on a narrow street in his hometown, Carrizal de Alajuela, about 20 miles north of San Jose.
