So, apparently the segment was briefly available (probably by mistake) on Canadian streaming service Global-TV. Someone called Jason Paris was kind enough to upload a recording of it:

The Ellisons, owners of Paramount/CBS, want to buy Warner Bros. Discovery. They've launched a hostile bid, telling WBD shareholders that their bid should prevail because it would face a "favorable regulatory climate" -- code for "we're in with Trump, so he'll make sure the government doesn't get in the way of this deal."
But they shouldn't be so sure. Trump is an infant who judges everyone and everything by whether and how much it benefits him, and him alone. So he's judging the Paramount bid for WBD in terms of whether he's still pissed at "60 Minutes." And it turns out that yes, he's *very* pissed that they interviewed Marjorie Taylor Greene.
And lo and behold, Bari pulls a "60 Minutes" segment because it might have pissed off Trump some more.
"Ms. Weiss also questioned the use of the term “migrants” to describe the Venezuelan men who were deported, noting that they were in the United States illegally."
Last week when Bovino showed up in my town again, our Mayor confronted him, stating that he would protect Evanston residents. Bovino stated that "they aren't residents they are illegals." Which in addition to being incredibly offensive, I now see is a new talking point, and also gosh, Bari, kind of a tell to use it.
Bari Weiss is hypersensitive to any sort of slights or negative vibes from her colleagues, as she showed at the NYT. She combined that particular neurosis with a natural tendency to suck up to rich and powerful people, parlaying both of those character flaws into a career.
Now she's in a situation similar to Pete Hagueseth. Virtually every single person at CBS News, except for the bodyguards with whom she now surrounds herself (no, really), despises her and knows she doesn't belong there. She understands that damn well, and it's undoubtedly driving her crazy. She'll probably get more and more irrational, telling herself that she knows better than all these leftie snobs because after all she's their boss, and start making ever wilder and more arbitrary decisions. It only remains to be seen how much she'll be allowed to degrade the brand until she's replaced.
I wouldn’t assume the bodyguards don’t also despise her. After all, they have to spend all day with her. She strikes me as the kind of person who sends her assistant out to bring her specific brand of mineral water that must be exactly 70 degrees and she has a thermometer to check it.

Just to be clear, Elle Woods was always brilliant. She just is more interested in girly and therefore "frivolous" things. Girl got 1 point off perfect on her LSATS. (sorry as a female millennial lawyer I cannot tolerate Elle slander like lumping her in with Bari).
Anyone who can cram in a few weeks to make up for a lifetime of not preparing for law school and still get a near-perfect LSAT score is a freaking genius.
But that is the entire conceit of the movie. Everyone constantly underestimated Elle because she never really challenged herself until she decided to get into Harvard Law.
