BC04 to Press: Fox You

Fox may not be biased toward Bush, but the Bush team isn't afraid to show their bias for Fox. In the WP's "Campaign Postcards" column, Dana Milbank reports: "Reporters traveling with Vice President Cheney report that on arriving in their hotel rooms one night, the televisions had been pre-set on Fox News, the conservative, Murdoch-owned cable network. " Think of it as an in-kind contribution.

Really, though, we find this slightly creepy. Like the campaign has a O'Reilly-like crush on the press pool -- the TV was tuned to Fox News. . . a single red rose was on the bed. . . and a warm loofa was in the gift basket.
