The latestOctoberNovember Surprise isn't getting much attention in the United States, but the Australians are all over it. 

Saddam Hussein, beloved former dictator of a country we'd all rather not mention ever again, is supposedly going to be sentenced on Sunday, maybe during half-time. Seriously, there are 13   football games on Sunday, starting around lunch and ending late that night. This is the lamest Surprise of all. Jesus Christ himself could return to Earth on Sunday and not a single swing voter would notice.
