c) is this a rule change or a legislative proposal? if it's just a legislative proposal, I find it hard that it would make it through given that not everyone who will vote for BIG TAX CUTS FOR RICH FUCKWADS is a complete monster. only part monster. if it's an agency rule change, then we're just as fucked as everyone who lost their deeds in recent disasters and now does not have the proper paperwork to fill out that SBA loan application as required by FEMA to access any of the 5 housing programs. what does the Small Business Administration have to do with disaster relief? NO BODY KNOWS! but it's a nice way of fucking anyone who lost their house and doesn't have their own bank vault.

Yes, an outlier, but sadly, not quite as far out as one might hope. Sigh. (to any and all neurosurgeons reading this - you are surely the exception!! I have known at least 2 guys who remained awesome human beings despite the grueling, horrific 7 years of residency! So there are probably more! And only 1 woman, who was great, because there just aren't many women in that field. But lots of assholes, too)
