I have a useless cert from Corinthian College, a for profit "college" that was shut down during Obama's admin due to predatory lending practices. The 7K I owed is now 16K, but students who attended in later years had their debts erased. I was given neither diploma nor transcript, not that it matters, bc I'm not bilingual, and to use that cert in California, you have to be bilingual.
