On a happy side note, I think it's probably safe to say that there is no more "Confidential" or "Top Secret" material that hasn't been archived in Russian military and espionage files. I expect that will make it much easier to maintain cordial, equitable relations with all our geopolitical colleagues.

To be scrupulously fair, Uncle Joe has a tremendous political advantage over President Obama. He's also old. He can get away with stuff that would, if done by President Obama, have caused our GOP-controlled Liberal Press to rise into the stratosphere with an ear-shattering shriek of outrage.
