How hard can it be to get a DNA sample from the Orange Monster from Hell? They can match to other segments of your DNA to trace fathers and cousins. You get about half from each parent. Mitochondrial is one chromosome.

DOJ is not dealing with a previous case. DOJ is dealing with (alleged) defamatory statements made by a president - that's what Carroll is suing over.
