While Hudson Yards are a playground for the rich & powerful, and has many negative traits, it's at least in use every day of the year, houses buildings full of high-salary, full-time jobs, actually led to a minor improvement in the Subway system, and has pretty much improved the entire area west of 8th Ave in the 30s.Every time I'm dealing with Hudson Yards I realize we could have a huge, open sore on the landscape, surrounded by parking lots, there instead.
