O/T, but thank you to Wonketteer epzik8 for the info about Wawa Customer Appreciation Day. Elder sister in NJ took me and a friend/neighbor to lunch yesterday, and after lunch sister went to Wawa to use their ATM. I'd never been in a Wawa, so I accompanied her. It was spacious, well organized, well lit, and extremely clean (unlike so many chain convenience stores). I found my favorite commercial candy bar, and took it to the counter.

There I asked the manager (who was at the register) if they'd been busy the day before, and that I'd read about the free coffee on my favorite website, and he (and another employee, with whom he'd been speaking before I showed up) said it was busy all day. I said I live in Manhattan, where there is not one Wawa. He said since I'd come in and mentioned it, I could have a free coffee if I'd fill out a customer survey, and I accepted. The coffee was delicious (I rarely drink it, but when I do I have it black, so any flaws are discernible immediately). I filled out the survey today. Thanks, Jason and Maddie.

Oh, and good for 7-Eleven wanting to increase the number of female franchise owners. Apart from that, 7-Eleven sucks, IMO, but good on 'em anyway.

He doesn't need women! He's Going His Own Way, towards another fulfilling J.O. session. Actually, those guys must have some sort of anti-pron stance, right? Cause watching pron featuring women would be depending on women.

Applause, all around, for this whole sub-thread.

There is only one 7-11 near me. It is 40 minutes away by highway. It isn't so much a convenience store, as an inconvenience store, amirite? But, if it would make this guy even sadder than he already is, I'mma just stop by the next time I'm in that neighborhood. Just because.

Part of me wants to ask for more details. Part of me, not so much.

And "its" not "it's", btw.

They do and they are.

Am I so ignorant I've never heard of UDF or Wawa?

You're such a silly gander.

I could see it if it was an honest, open, truthful relationship. Sometimes marriages are more of a business relationship than anything else - I know people who have made it work. But they were both open about what they wanted/needed out of said relationship. And pretty damned non-judgemental.

Uh-oh. Some coke-addled Fox exec just got an idea for an "edgy" reality show

Doug Mortimer needs to come out of his mother's basement into the light and get a fucking life.

And a productive hobby. Knit or crochet perhaps? Can't have the wimmins doing it.
