THAT's the real punishment, being labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life. Serving 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years in jail is nothing compared to that.
Since Turner is still on probation doesn't that make his case active?

depends on CA law. in TX they can say stuff, but usually limit it to the statement at the formal sentencing hearing.
