The SuperPACs also buy bulk copies straight from the publisher. The books they "buy" sometimes are never actually printed. The only things changing hands are money and invoices.This got much easier with e-books.

I never made it that far. It was Rochester, Maryland, or KC. KC won out because I'd been there.

It was the only gig he could get after he tanked hard (despite Roger Stone's backing) in the governor's race against Mario Cuomo's kid.

The good folks in Western New York (aka East Pennsyltucky) were his only supporters, other than flagrant Teabaggers, and they elected him to this position even though they knew about the horse-fucking email and other similar, and similarly nauseating emails he sent out.

Forgiveness is not the same as condoning. To conflate the two is, unfortunately, a common mistake. It is quite possible to both forgive him and show him the door.
