SCREAMING INTO THE VOID, looks around for war paint for face, pointy weapons, etc.

I want those six fucked brains on the SCOTUS to be PUNISHED and HUMILIATED. I want people to refuse them service, lodging, rides, whatever. Stare at them like they are walking talking stinking balls of smegma, with utter disgust. No amount of money or property should be able to insulate them from a nation's eternal scorn. Businesses should refuse to dress them, cut and color their hair, or sell or give them anything, including repairs. Their phone numbers and addresses should go on a permanently banned list. I know I'm raving and not making much sense, but THIS IS WAR.

Next they'll be telling us that "we, the people" have no right to break up monopolies.

Fuckers forgot why they exist.

"Hey King Charles, is it too late for us to come crawling back?! "

I know you're just funnin', but if your problems are caused by too much hierarchy, you can't solve them by turning into a monarchy. The problem is the centralized nature of your power structures, so you need to decentralize. One way would be to set up cooperatives for your needs, start with one and once you feel like it you can add another. At some point all your needs will be covered by cooperatives and you can just ignore the government.

"King Charles"? Am I missing a joke? Does the Revolutionary War somehow relate to England's Civil War?

I'm currently reading 84K, a novel by Claire North. The premise is that corporations have essentially privatized all government services to the point where murder investigations are handled by the Corporation and penalties are assessed on the basis of the putative worth of the victim, which is subject to negotiation. The protagonist, Theo, has to investigate the murder of a childhood friend who he may or may not have had an illegitimate daughter with. Theo works for the Corporation, because in this world everyone does. The only punishments are either damage payments or being sent to prison, which are run by the Corporation where inmates are engaged in unpaid labor.

We are damn near there.

An couple of years ago I played Cyberpunk 2077.(the game with Keenu Reeves) as i played, I got more and more freaked out at how possibly the world was. The backstory of the world is the government collapsed because of an massive war and corportaions are basically nation-states with private armies and the governments are their puppets. (An particulaty dark aspect is everyone carries an gun and theres no gun control, just an encourgament to buy bigger and better weapons) this week the supremes have pretty much helped create an live action LARP of Cyberpunk. Figures we dont get cool implants or outiits.

Perhaps the President should consider some "executive action" on certain members of the Court? They have declared it his purview. AmIright?

Make Harry and Meghan Duke and Duchess of the Restored Trans-Atlantic Colonies. We can keep drinking coffee instead of tea, but we'll be required to add back missing letters to words like colour and honour. "American-style" restaurants will be expected to serve either bubble & squeak or bangers & mash, and giggling about "spotted dick" will be strictly forbidden. The issue of which sport will be termed "football" will be left to Megan Rapinoe. SCOTUS justices will be expected to wear wigs, because it amuses me.

SCOTUS is systematically destroying the protections and rights of our country’s most vulnerable citizens and residents. At the same time, they are removing the constraints that stop the corporate and political predators from exploiting these same groups. These rulings are in conjunction with the Court’s removal of any legal accountability for criminally corrupt politicians. SCOTUS ideology is radically anti-democratic and is in opposition to the will of most Americans. The Court must be stopped, whether politically, legally or physically, they must be stopped.

At the next debate, Biden should open by saying

"The Supreme Court says I can have my opponent murdered and it's completely legal."

Before I wasn’t sold on Trump being sentenced to jail time. But now, given the SCOTUS’s immunity decision I believe he needs to be given the maximum sentence possible.

Fuck it. If they want him to be a god King then he can campaign from prison.
